Invincible Intelligent

You are reading from the book Today's Gift

Everyone has talent. What is rare is the courage to follow the talent.
  —Erica Jong

How easy it is to look at others with envy, certain that everyone we know is better in every way: school, sports, games, and appearance. What we may not know is that each of us is exactly right the way we are. And what's more, no one of us is without talent. Perhaps we simply have not discovered it yet, or maybe we've been certain we knew what the talent should be, rather than letting the talent within us emerge.

It's reassuring to know that we are talented, that we are special just as we are, that no one else is able to bring to this life exactly the same ingredients that we're able to bring.

What special talent shall I exercise today?

Domestication Urbanization

Mornin'

Domestication, Urbanization is  the Same Thing. It is  Evolution before our eyes. In Chicago Sparrows,Robins, Cardinals, Blue Jays,  Rats, Racoon, Opossum, Squirrels, Squab (Pigeons) Crows, Ravens  now Osprey, Coyote an occasional Panther meander our environment just as we do but, on different planes.

The animals on cave walls are the ancestors of our Happy Meals.

The behavior of herds on the savannah, prairie, tundra, ice pack reflects their understanding of us. Their knowledge is as mutable as ours.  When you watch their interactions with each other and their surroundings with us, you do see history in the making.  To say History is only that which is of only Human activity, ignores the reality of the Earth that enables it.

When I hear, “Civilized Man”, I think “Conceited Barbarian

If we are so civil, then why must there be conspiratorial obfuscation of the past, which maligns the present, thereby deleteriously impacting the future?

Death reinforces Short Term Memory loss!

Cave Drawings and Childhood photographs document reality that did exist.

Memory serves its’ own purposes, hopefully refined choice, will direct a positive socioconscientious result.

Currently I see a diverse few with reptilean drives bouncing between dazzling brilliance and baffling verbosity to achieve separatist agendae using words like tolerance and inclusion. I hear dominance and exclusion. Their Rhetorical Gymnastics are impressive, but please don’t be blinded by  their calculated obfuscation, they will terminate your genetic well being with impunity.

This has  occurred  cyclicly  for 2500 years in the name of progress.  Covered-up records damaged the future and we get the blame. Accusations of shame can echo back  justifiably; the ole finger in the mirror trick.  Jurisprudent malleability is malice that fascists call freedom.

Solution: While there are those who  persist in overwhelming, desensitizing, jamming and converting, remember the meek are resilient, know their surroundings and love life in every breath.

This I believe and see in aboriginal indigenous being, which existed before the word civilized.

Learning from those in commune with Gaia,

Sincerely,

Peter Lott Heppner

"Using images found on street signage in Sydney and New York, Jason van Genderen shot this entire movie on a cell phone! "Mankind is No Island" is a cleverly crafted visual and musical narrative, whose production budget was a whopping $57! Winner of the TropFest NY 2008 award, the world's largest short film festival, this is three and half minute experience that will leave you inspired."

Lose count of your blessings

Decent People trying to help Hurt People

"Five years ago, FRONTLINE's groundbreaking film, The New Asylums, went deep inside the Ohio prison system as it struggled to provide care to thousands of mentally ill inmates. This year, FRONTLINE filmmakers Karen O'Connor and Miri Navaskyreturn to Ohio to tell the next chapter in this disturbing story: what happens to mentally ill offenders when they leave prison. The Released is an intimate look at the lives of the seriously mentally ill as they struggle to remain free."

Staying Alive prevents Laziness,

Mornin',
First I woke,
Then I thought.
Staying Alive prevents Laziness
Rhetoric Versus Reality,

Sometimes fate is Natural progression
Choice is what you do about it
Trauma is inevitable
What type will be yours to discover
To Live Through
These thoughts keep recycling
Making me think I'm Alone
But the truth is
Enough have lived
 are living
will Live
who will know the same moment
 at a different time
 different place
But speak a different language
Pain Hurts with a scream
covered in tears
and can be sensed by any organism
This is common to all life
Then I Read.

You are reading from the book Touchstones

I drink not from mere joy in wine nor to scoff at faith - no, only to forget myself for a moment, that only do I want of intoxication, that alone.
  —Omar Khayyam

What has been our drug of choice? It may be alcohol. It may be sugar or gambling or dependent relationships. Some men have used anger, sex, sports, or the accumulation of money. Growing in this program, we learn there is a great brotherhood among us. Our problems have not been only with a certain substance or a given behavior. We have been seduced and trapped by a ritual of forgetting ourselves. If we hadn't found one way, we may have found another. In giving one up, we often found ourselves drawn to a new substitute.

Now we are learning to accept ourselves and to forget ourselves in healthier ways. We all need to move beyond the bounds of an oppressive ego. In our old style, we could not learn healthy releases because we were hooked on unhealthy ones. Now we are learning meditation, making friends, helping others, and letting go as ways to forget ourselves.

I pray for help today in staying away from self-destructive intoxications so I am able to learn healthy releases.
