Moral Sense

 CPAC  began rebooting in Washington D.C., this morning.  Mitt Romney spoke  LIVE on CNN this afternoon.  My impression was that the Best of Obama  had been gleaned, repackaged and  rebranded  Republican Original.  Stealing and staking claim to someone elses' ideas is not new. Mix it with ample quantities of lying and what has been created?  RNC Campaign 2012 with Zofran.

Am I the only one who saw this?

Fortunately I found comfort in this Bill  Moyers Interview of  Historian Barbara Wertheim Tuchman on September 30, 1988.  These were her observations of what was occurring then.

 "Weakening of Conscience,Moral Sense"

"Our Public Men are Artificial"

"We are a Public brought up in Deception"

"We are accustomed to being deceived"

The President at that time was Ronald Reagan; 'nuff said.

 

What have the fruits of deception produced since 1988?  

Lots of affluent effluent, which we must build a better world with. 

 

Land fills are Gold mines.
