Wherever you were today in America I hope it was cathartic. In Spirit with Body.
on the South Side of Chicago the environment was celebrating well being through  active participation in  the 33rd annual Ridge Run  


33 years ago as they ran in front of our house on Seeley I slept.Compliments to all  runners over these Beverly Hills who did that life affirming activity.
Today was the first time my attendance was in earnest and the healing powers of community were abundant. Inclusion amongst friendly strangers,  is a pharmaceutical worth sharing like Healthcare and Peace. 
It was after the runners had left the course that a parade began. Political Punctuation started it Mother Nature finished it.
 
 Then the flooding  from so many droplets made puddles and pools across Longwood drive. IN VERY LITTLE TIME. Conversation at garage party regarding healthcare reform in America helped to affirm well being for all. 
33 years went quick.So have the 37 years my bikes and I  in all weather with heavy then heavier gear,  have ridden the 10mile Wide   x 25 mile  Long grid  that is Chicago. 
The mix that is US, Is a very precious commodity


I ate well,  walked and talked, with civil people. It was a calm that when needed could  deflect turmoil with nary an effort. The energy of decent people is everywhere the goodness of people exists greater than is  generally perceived. Watching race staff watering down anyone who wanted it, proved in metric  the tenability of generosity that is family.
 The feeling of selflessness, commonality is the memorial day memory for me which is embodied by the one race crew team member  spraying generously with a garden hose.

 the basis of Healthcare Reform  starts with each of us through healthy Living. This clip shows others  doing  this  for themselves.


These memories of yesterday are better than the ones of War which somehow get glorified to cover up mistakes made by guilty parties blaming the victim for saying NO!!

• specifically memories of yesterdays' memorial day- is a no sob story
• decent people are everywhere, their energy grows. with them their interests include the ailments of the ill-informed.
• helping the healers
• healthcare reform  begins with  the individual and will be patient specific based on genetic structure
• those who confabulated  during 2008,2009 & today against healthcare reform will be shown  many acts of achievements to heal, and when the opposed need healing they will receive it free from retribution.
• we are capable of great mobilizations for nations of all kinds in all lands.
• we have received great gifts from those before us
• it is our obligation to these gifts that we renew our respect for all that has been and will be
• when we look within we will see that which must change it has always been there.
